Aluminum strip thickness: 0.57mm, 0.77mm (0.4mm - 0.8mm is option)

Aluminum strip width: 20mm – 50mm

The strip standard is as per DIN EN485-2-2007

Size accuracy

Width: ±0.2mm

Thickness: ±0.03mm

Roller cutting: ±0.1mm

The patterns of strip is as per the drawings from the customer.

The roller cutter can be prepared in 40 working days.

Packing:

5000-8000m per reel (wooden reel and steel reel and reel size is for option)

1500-2000m per coil, coil OD 1000-1250mm (for coil OD ≥1300mm, coil end welding connect is used)

Base strip material: Aluminum alloy 5754

Adhesive is from LORD

Base coating layer thickness: 2-4μm

Outer coating layer thickness: 3-5μm

The whole coating layer thickness: 6-9μm

Standard for coating: BS EN 1396:1997

Test

Cross cut test: ≤ grade 2 (as per GB/T9286-1998: Cross cut test for colored paint and varnish film)

T-bending test: ≤ 3T (as per ASTM D4145-2010: Standard test method for coating flexibility of prepainted sheet)

MEK rub test as per GB/T 23989-2009
